Two finishes, and what $100 changes
This system comes in two enclosures. Stainless is $899.00. Powder-coated black steel is $799.00. Everything inside is identical — the same Seaflo pump and accumulator, the same one valved inlet and four valved outlets, the same espresso line, fittings, tank line and tubing. You are choosing how it looks and what it shrugs off, not what it does.
Call the shop: 714.519.6410. If the cart lives outdoors or gets hosed down, take the stainless. If it lives inside a dark cabinet, the black steel is the same system for less.
Installing it
Every Backbone ships with a complete install and plumbing guide written for cart builders rather than plumbers. Questions during the install get answered by a person. RidgeCraft is a small shop, and real people answer.
If the cart is still on paper, the plumbing guide walks through the sink, rinser, and tank decisions that sit around this pump. If it needs to pass county inspection, start with permitting.
