We make coffee carts and mobile bars. If you are starting a cart business, or you already have one and need a better one, you are who we built this shop for.
Sam built a bar for a theatrical production in 2020. That was the first one. The company is RidgeCraft, legally RidgeCo LLC, run by Sam and Gina Ridgley out of Yorba Linda.
Sam designs and builds. Gina runs operations. Decisions are joint.

We ship direct across the US. Canada is freight you book yourself, which customs makes the cleaner way to do it. Local pickup is available. This is a workshop, not a garage listing and not a drop-ship catalog.

Four tiers, four floors. DIY flat pack is $999, paid in full at order. Semi-Custom starts at $1,000. Signature starts at $1,750. Custom Elite starts at $5,000. The pricing page lists what moves a price past its floor. No quote form in the way.
Semi-Custom, Signature and Custom Elite split payment three ways: 45% when you sign, 35% when the build enters production, 20% at pickup or before shipping.
