Four ways to buy a cart.
Four starting prices. The rest of the page is what moves the number after that.
4 tiers · 3 payments
Pick the tier. The starting price is on the card below.
A Signature price on this page is still a floor. The estimate is the number that counts.
What each tier starts at.
One of these numbers is fixed. The other three are floors: the lowest price in the tier, in the standard white finish, before freight.
Cut and drilled on our CNC, packed flat and shipped by UPS or FedEx. Assembly takes about an hour with one Allen key.
Paid in full at order, like any product. There is one paid option on the kit and it is listed on the DIY page.
Pick a size, a panel style, a finish and the add-ons you need. The page prices it as you go, before you order.
Configuration is closed to what we publish. Ask for something outside that menu and you are looking at Custom Elite.
Six builds on a locked spec, assembled here and crated. This is what most people buy.
Length, front treatment, counter configuration and finish move the price off the floor. Freight is quoted with the estimate, not folded into the price.
By application. It opens with a 45-minute design call with Sam and ends with a build that exists once.
Nothing here is off a table. The estimate is written after the drawing, and freight is quoted with it.
None of those numbers is an average and none of them is a typical ticket. Each one is the lowest price in its tier. A longer bar or a fluted front prices above it, and we would rather say so here than surprise you on the estimate.
What moves the number.
Seven things, and none of them are a surprise. Pick your combination and we price it before anything is cut.
You pay in three stages.
Semi-Custom, Signature and Custom Elite are invoiced against the build, not up front. DIY is a product: paid in full at order.
Non-refundable, and we say so in writing in the Project Agreement. It locks the production slot and covers the wood we order for it.
Due the week your build goes on the floor and Sam starts cutting panels.
The last twenty is due before the cart leaves the shop, whether you are picking it up on La Palma or we are crating it.
Change the spec after the agreement is signed and there is a $50 flat change order fee plus the additional materials and labor. You get that cost before the change happens, not on the final invoice. Some changes are easy. A different size, or a restructured frame, may not be possible once the wood is cut.
What shipping actually runs.
Those are ranges, and they stay ranges until we have a crate size and a delivery address. We quote the real freight number on your estimate, before the deposit. We do not average the band and call it a price.
Semi-Custom, Signature and Custom Elite ship freight crated. The DIY flat pack ships UPS or FedEx.
Carts come back.
A RidgeCraft build is made for five years or more of real service. After a few hundred events the finish shows it, and that is the finish doing its job.
Sanding and refinishing runs $300 to $500 depending on the build. Drop it at the shop on La Palma or ship it to us freight. Most carts come out looking new.
Builds from 2020 are still working. Refinishing is cheaper than replacing, which is the point.
Every estimate is written by a person.
Tell us the length, the front, the finish and where it is going. You get a written estimate with freight on it.
