A consult is the conversation that happens before anyone spends money. You tell us what you are opening and where the cart has to live, and by the end you know which build fits and how long the shop needs. Email or call to set one up. The shop is on La Palma Avenue in Yorba Linda.

What a consult is.

It is a conversation, not a pitch. Most of what we need to know is small and specific: what you sell, how wide the door is, whether there is water at the venue or you are carrying it in. Those answers decide the build. Adjectives do not.

By the end you should know which of the four ways we work is yours. $999 for a DIY flat pack that ships in a box and goes together in about an hour with one Allen key. From $1,000 for a Semi-Custom build, priced on the page as you configure it. From $1,750 for a Signature build, assembled here and rolled onto a truck. From $5,000 for Custom Elite, which is what you book when the thing you need does not exist yet.

More than 600 customers have bought from this shop since 2020. These are built to work hard for years, and that is the reason we would rather talk first than sell you the wrong size. A cart that is four inches too wide for the door is not a small problem.

If we are not the right shop for what you are building, we will tell you then, not after the deposit.

Six things worth
having ready.

None of these are required. Every one of them shortens the conversation, and a couple of them change what we would recommend.

i.
What you sell
Coffee, beer and wine, snacks, or something we have not built for yet. It changes the counter, the storage, and whether the build needs a sink.
ii.
Where it has to fit, and what it has to get through
Door widths, elevators, the vehicle it rides in. Measure the narrowest thing between the truck and the spot where it will stand, and send that number.
iii.
Power and water at the venue
Our pump system runs on 110V and delivers 3.3 GPM at 60 PSI, so a standard outlet is usually enough. If you are working somewhere with neither power nor plumbing, say so and we will talk through the plumbing kits.
iv.
The date you need it
DIY ships in 1–2 weeks. Semi-Custom runs 8–10 weeks. Custom Elite runs 12–16 weeks. A Signature build is quoted with its own date on the estimate. Tell us the date you need first and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
v.
Where it is going
City and ZIP. We ship direct across the US. Canada is freight you book yourself, which customs makes the cleaner way to do it. Freight is quoted in bands, so the address changes the number.
vi.
Whether a county has to approve it
If your project has to be signed off by a county health department, start on the permitting page instead. That path has its own consult and its own list of things to gather first.
