You choose from what we build.

Semi-Custom is a menu. Everything on this page is something the shop already makes, in sizes it already cuts, with finishes it already keeps on the rack. That is why it costs what it costs and lands in 8–10 weeks.

If you want something that isn't on the menu, that isn't a Semi-Custom with extra steps. It's Custom Elite — Sam designs it with you, and it is priced and scheduled differently.

Semi-Custom handles

  • Any size on the menu, stationary or on wheels
  • Any panel style, any of the thirteen countertop stains
  • Sinks, plumbing, ice wells, awnings, lighting from the list

Custom Elite handles

  • A shape, size, or detail that isn't listed here
  • Health-department permitting
  • Anything built around a specific venue or menu

Size

Measured along the front. Depth is 24 inches on every build.

Base

On wheels, or fixed in place.

Panel style

The face of the cart. Prices shown are for the size you picked.

Finish

White panels with a countertop stain is the standard build, included. Stain on the panels as well, or a Sherwin-Williams colour of your choosing, is the same price either way.

Our team checks the build above against this before writing back — usually within one business day.

Payment

45% to book, 35% when the build enters production, 20% at pickup or before shipping. The deposit is charged when you reserve. The rest we invoice as the build moves.

Lead time

8–10 weeks from the deposit, not from the first email.

Shipping

Crated freight anywhere in the US, quoted by size and distance. Local delivery around Yorba Linda is billed by the mile.
