This is a coffee cart in flat panels: the cabinet, the plumbing, the sink, the rinser, the wheels, and a jar of oil to finish it with. It is fully collapsible and it fits in most sedans, which is the whole point of buying it flat instead of assembled.
The panels arrive raw. Not sanded, not sealed, not painted. That is the trade you are making for the price, and it is the reason a finishing guide comes in the box.

Panels are delivered raw, unfinished and unsanded. Some plywood patches or veneer imperfections are possible. A finishing guide is included to help you finish the build.

How it gets to you
Processing time is 1 to 2 weeks. The flat pack goes out by UPS or FedEx, not on a freight truck. That is what makes a flat cart worth shipping in the first place. Assembled builds are the ones that ship freight, and freight is quoted by region: roughly $450–$650 on the West Coast, $550–$750 through the Midwest and Texas, $650–$900 on the East Coast. We ship direct across the US. Canada is freight you book yourself, which customs makes the cleaner way to do it.
Plumbing questions
The bundle ships with the Backbone plumbing kit, a mini sink with faucet, a pitcher rinser, and the drainage and tubing to connect them. If you are working toward a health permit, or you want a different sink or rinser than the standard one, read the plumbing guide first. Sink options, pump options, and tank sizes are all laid out there.

The flat pack is the version you finish yourself. Semi-Custom and Signature builds come out of the shop assembled, sanded, painted, and rolling.
